1.0 Shipping
All products are shipped within seven business days of a successful order being placed.
2.0 Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are final. Refunds and exchanges for change of mind are not permitted. If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, the customer will be entitled to an exchange or refund in line with Australian law.
3.0 Short Shipments and Other Disputes
In the event that your order is short delivered (missing items or incorrect items), please contact us in writing at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. No claims after this time period are accepted.
