When training with us

We collect details of your employment history, qualifications and experience, references and uniform sizing, immunisation status and pre-existing medical conditions.

When engaging our services

We collect information such as your name, contact information, address, and employer information.

When receiving care from us

  • provision of Event Medical/First Aid services;

Personal information collected by 1300MEDICS is stored on various secure internal databases and physical documentation is stored securely on site at our office locations. We use a secure destruction service to dispose of physical personal information when required.
